All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable, priced incorrectly, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated during checkout. Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Ireland. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Frozen products are available for home delivery within Cork City only. Customers outside Cork City should use our Click & Collect service for frozen items.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days for eligible unopened items in their original condition. Fresh, frozen, chilled, and other perishable products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied in error.
