Delivery Areas
- We deliver to residential addresses throughout the Republic of Ireland.
- Frozen products are available for home delivery within Cork City only.
- Customers outside Cork City can purchase frozen products using our FREE Click & Collect service from our store.
Frozen Products
Important Notice – Ordering Frozen Products
Frozen products require special care during transport to maintain their quality. By purchasing frozen products from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions below.
- Frozen products are delivered within Cork City only.
- Customers outside Cork City should select Click & Collect for frozen items.
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery.
- Frozen products should be placed into a freezer immediately upon delivery.
- Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for the proper storage and handling of frozen products passes to the customer.
- While we take every reasonable precaution to package frozen products appropriately, we cannot accept responsibility for products that are not stored correctly after delivery.
Delivery Charges & Information
Standard delivery rates are based on the total weight of your order. Shipping costs are calculated and added during checkout.
Orders weighing more than 10kg may incur an additional delivery charge depending on your location and courier requirements. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional costs.
- Delivery is available throughout Ireland.
- Typical delivery time is 1–3 business days after your order has been processed.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been prepared for dispatch.
- Deliveries are made to the front door of your house or the main entrance of apartment buildings or other shared properties.
- For health and safety reasons, delivery drivers cannot carry orders inside your property.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, especially if it contains chilled or frozen items.
- Although we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Click & Collect
We offer a FREE Click & Collect service from our Cork store. Simply select Click & Collect during checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Order Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement, partial refund, or cancellation where appropriate.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.
